This four hour training session, allows you to concentrate on being your best, reaching new levels, and empowering yourself to achieve your goals.  This workshop is more than kicking and punching it's a time for connection with your training community, yourself, in a fun, and innovative session.

From beginners to black belts, everyone will learn new material, and improve on their fitness, while having a fantastic time.

 
We believe that when you surround yourself with positive people, and good energy, you get POWerful results!
Teens will need permission to register from your instructor.
Cost for the workshop: Unlimited/Leadership:  $125, Regular/Masters Team: $150, Non-Members $200
