11am all adults and teens learn Olympic style sparring, board breaking, and have a great work out
12:30 all kids learn Olympic style sparring, board breaking
**Must have full gear to participate and your own re-breakable boards

Hey Jenny,
She will be fine without the re-breakable boards. She isn't required to have those until she is a red belt

Abby would like to attend the sparring event Saturday. But she doesn't have her own re-breakable boards. Should she still attend? Or do we need to sit this one out? Thanks.
