Crunch Challenge

As a group we are going to complete major remodels of our core in 2010!

Commit to 100 crunches a day, or five days, or 3 days a week. at the end of the challenge everyone who joins in will complete a final crunch of 500 crunches! We will tally our results. Visualize your core at the end of the year of doing just five days a week--- after completing 26,000 crunches. zowee!
what if 10 of us do it--- 260,000 crunches--- what if? how many can we do! and how will it change our bodies, our strength, our belief in ourselves when we set and achieve this.

start practicing now! log your crunches. lets help each other, motivate each other, encourage, and hold each other accountable. team work, support system, for when times are tough.

ok fellow-crunchers. I know we haven't been updating the web pages... but I also know you've been doing them! special kudos to those over 30 who have routinely stayed at the end of class to do those 100 crunches to round off the day. I estimate since June we've collectively done [4 people (over 20 yrs old) x 100 x 4 classes per week x 8 weeks] = 12,800 crunches. Cool!

getting back on track with recording. i have done 100 crunches 3-4 times per week for the past month. not quite hitting my goals. so i am going to do better. have been trying to do my crunches on a ball--- ooowwwch lol.
