My Five Living Heroes

Living Hero #1 – My Mom

 

My first living hero is my mother. She teaches me in a way that no schoolteacher ever could. She doesn’t teach me math, history, or physics, but instead she teaches me loyalty, honesty, and how to be peaceful. She helps me through my troubles, and I really don’t know where I’d be without her. Thank you, Mom!

MIMA News by Impressive Kids


Here is the latest edition/episode of the MIMA news.   This program is entirely filmed, planned, reported by, and uploaded by the young martial artists of MIMA.   They are a remarkable bunch indeed.   And how great that they are learning how to communicate with such a powerful tool.   I really admire these kids, the ones in front of the camera, and behind it as well.

Martial arts motivation

One of the things I love about Martial Arts is the fact that it can be personalized to meet your individual needs.



For some the motivation is spending family time, by participating in family class.



For some it is focus and discipline, for others it is just a good workout.
