Sue: what do you mean by "roasted root veggies". sounds really good. how do you do it?
salad, tuna, tomatoes, strawberries, tofu
broccoli, apples, bananas, mushrooms and cauliflower
fruit, nuts, fish, salad... BACON.....ops, did I type that out loud.
(not in this combination these are just things I like to eat almost everyday)
pears, bell peppers, mushrooms, chicken breast, tomatoes
